12/13 Rock Gym Lock-in 10 PM-6 AM, bring $40 at the door, you can bring non-venturing people

12/19 Meet at 6:30 at Starbucks at 2222 and Mopac Then go to Trail of Lights, last day of school.

                Amy’s Ice Cream after. You can bring non-venturing people.

1/3/09 Meeting at the Coonan’s house, 6:30-11:00 Movies, Games Ect. Everyone bring snacks.

1/10/09 – The crew has decided that we have already taken a hike of sufficient length and that a 2-3 mile warm up is unnecessary.

1/30-2/1 Enchanted Rock campout, meet at 5:30 and leave at 6:00 from  St. Louis, get dinner on the way

2/21 –Merit Badge University Venture Activities, not doing as a crew, go on your own.

3/6-8 Camporee at Wolf Mountain, youth lead

3/14-16 Lake Georgetown Backpacking

      The 27-28 has been discussed but has a possible conflict with a mandatory conformation retreat.

April 4^th – Venturing Shooting Sports Day (similar to venture happening)

Weekend of April 18^th  - COPE weekend

6/6/09-6/20/09 Philmont

7/22/09-7/26/09 Beach Trip at Port Aransas – Rent house or condo, $840 2 nights, 2 condos.
